			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After two days of brain-boggling competition, <strong>Technological University of the Philippines Manila</strong> clinched the championship for the third installment of BRAINMESH : A Nationwide Inter-collegiate Mechanical Engineering Quiz Show.</p>
<p><span id="more-20"></span></p>
<p>The two teams of Bataan Peninsula State University on the other hand, bagged the second and third places respectively.</p>
<p>Representatives from Batangas State University and Bulacan State University completed the Top 5.</p>
<p>The rest of the top ten are from TUP-Manila, Batangas State University, PUP-Manila and Bicol University.</p>
<p>Participants of the event are from: Adamson University, Bataan Peninsula State University, Batangas State University, Bicol University, Bulacan State University, Don Bosco Technical College—Mandaluyong, Lyceum Northwestern University—Dagupan, New Era University, Polytechnic University of the Philippines—Sta. Mesa, Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Taguig,Technological Institute of the Philippines—Manila, Technological Institute of the Philippines—Quezon City, Technological University of the Philippines—Manila,Technological University of the Philippines—Taguig, University of the East—Caloocan, University of Perpetual Help System &#8211; Binan Laguna, and University of Sto. Tomas.</p>
<p>The eliminations phase of the event was a written examination held at MH 301-303 and MH 314-316, September 11.</p>
<p>Ericson Julio, Rodolfo Borje Jr. and Philip John Bell Miguel were the quizmasters of the said quiz show.</p>
<p>Cielito Matienzo headed the said event.</p>
